First Time Riders

First time rider? No worries!
Here’s what to expect.

All fitness levels are encouraged. No matter your fitness journey,
there’s a place for you at KrankFIT!

STEP 1: SIGN UP

 

Click the ‘Sign Up’ button below and click on the title of the class you’d like to join. Follow the prompts to create an account then purchase the New Client deal (3 classes for $30) or you can always just do a drop-in!

STEP 2: SHOW UP

 

Please arrive to the studio 15 minutes before your ride so we can give you a tour of the studio, introduce you to your instructor, and get you setup on your bike!

STEP 3: SWEAT

 

Follow your Krank instructor’s lead and let their music and cues carry you through. Take your time and always do what feels best for you and your body. Since we know you’ll want to come back for more, don’t forget to ask about our memberships and other class types!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need my own cycle shoes?

We provide you with a complimentary pair of cycling shoes for every class. If you prefer to bring your own, just be sure they have SPD cleats.

Do I get to pick my own bike? Can I ride next to a friend?

Yes! Once you’ve selected a class from the schedule, you’ll be prompted to select your bike.

What should I wear and bring?

We suggest wearing a tank or t-shirt and form-fitting shorts or leggings. Bring your own sweat towel and water (but if you forget we sell these at the front desk). Don’t forget to bring socks to wear with your cycle shoes and if you are taking a 30/30 class, please be sure to wear athletic shoes.
