Allison is our lead Circuit instructor who comes with over 8 years of experience. Her fitness journey began, way back in junior high school. During summer break, she would work out at a local gym with her dad for fun and to keep up my conditioning for cheerleading and track. She absolutely fell in love with being at the gym, the community, and creating workouts to push herself and friends. Through college and beyond, the gym always remained her happy place. It was a space where she could feel at home, creative, and confident even during the most stressful seasons of life. Years later and many, many workouts later, Allison decided to follow her passion and make it a career. She has now been a group fitness instructor and an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer for over 8 years, specializing in strength training, injury prevention, pre/post-op, post rehabilitation, and hip/shoulder/knee issues.
